Division of responsibility

Who does what, in practice

Two organisations, two distinct roles. Neither substitutes for the other.

  1. TimeFX: customer-facing services

We take your enquiry, explain how the service works, support you through onboarding and handle day-to-day customer service.

  2. Ebury Partners UK Ltd: regulated activity

Customer due diligence, safeguarding of client funds, FX execution and payment processing are carried out by the authorised institution, under its own authorisation and procedures.

  3. Where responsibility sits if something goes wrong

Complaints about our introduction or relationship-management service come to us directly. Complaints about a payment, conversion or account service go to the regulated provider, as set out on our complaints page.
