This notice explains how TIMEFX LTD handles personal data submitted via this website. The regulated provider operates its own customer-facing privacy notice for activity on their portal.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

  • Enquiry data: the information you provide in the enquiry form (name, work email, optional phone, company details, message).
  • Consent records: the timestamps and choices you confirm on the consent step of the enquiry form.
  • Operational logs: minimal server logs (a hashed prefix of your IP address and the submission reference) for security and audit.

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can support your business.
  • If we can, and only after we tell you, to share the relevant details with Ebury Partners UK Ltd so they can begin regulated onboarding.
  • If you have opted in, to send occasional educational content. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Legal basis

Our legal basis is (a) your consent for marketing communications and (b) our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you have submitted to us. Where data is subsequently shared with the regulated provider, the basis transitions to the steps necessary for entering into a contract at your request and the provider's legal obligations under UK financial-services regulation.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then delete it, unless you become a customer (in which case retention is governed by the regulated provider's policies and our own record-keeping obligations).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@timefx.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
